Have you checked out our free table in the foyer? Many books cover the free table from patrons and from the library. You can also donate to the Ralls County food bank in the designated tub. Conservation magazines are free to the public on the magazine display, and the bulletin boards are covered with notices from our friends around the county. Drop by to browse that area.

Book Review by Dawn HargravesSeeking Persephone is a clean regency era romance that tells the story of an impoverished young lady sought as a bride by the “Dangerous Duke” of Kielder. It closely follows the mythical story of Hades and Persephone, calling to mind themes relevent to humanity throughout time. Relax and enjoy this moving and cozy romance. Recently made into a movie available on Prime Video, it quickly became #1 on Amazon. Check out the book and follow it with the movie. You won’t be disappointed. |
